The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The private beach provided access to water sports like kayaking. There are two large swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of foods.
The gym equipment looked dated.

The Tamarind restaurant provides Thai fusion cuisine that is well presented. Breakfast offers sufficient variety but avoid peak hours after 9 am as it gets crowded. Discounts are available at food and beverage outlets with Accor Plus membership.

The hotel has multiple swimming pools and a fitness center with good equipment. A sauna and steam room are available for guest use. The hotel provided a welcome drink of two beverages and a set of macarons and chocolates.

I must say, i was really disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in the room was TERRIBLE. No matter what temperature i set it to, it was either too hot or FREEZING. Plus, the towels weren't changed for three days even after i asked. What a NIGHTMARE.
