Wonderful stay at a great hotel
friendly staff private beach large pools breakfast selection
The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The private beach provided access to water sports like kayaking. There are two large swimming pools and a jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of foods.
The gym equipment looked dated.

The Tamarind restaurant provides Thai fusion cuisine that is well presented. Breakfast offers sufficient variety but avoid peak hours after 9 am as it gets crowded. Discounts are available at food and beverage outlets with Accor Plus membership.

The hotel has multiple swimming pools and a fitness center with good equipment. A sauna and steam room are available for guest use. The hotel provided a welcome drink of two beverages and a set of macarons and chocolates.

My room included modern amenities and plenty of natural light. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. I appreciated the spaciousness and the comfortable layout of my room. The room provided a bright and airy atmosphere.

unstable temperature uncleaned towels
I must say, i was really disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in the room was TERRIBLE. No matter what temperature i set it to, it was either too hot or FREEZING. Plus, the towels weren't changed for three days even after i asked. What a NIGHTMARE.
